A Purchase orders from our customers trigger raw materials placement and then are entered into the production calendar, and everything is allocated from packaging to labor requirements. Smartfrog's customized ERP system tracks the flow of every order to ensure the fastest and most accurate production as possible. Once the production process is complete, the delivery of the products is arranged based on the customer's requirements.

A As an example, our factory is capable of producing over 860,000 fans a year and currently has over 100 employees.
Q How old are Smartfrog factories? When did you first start manufacturing?
A Smartfrog was established in 2013, R&D and production growth quickly followed. Though some of our facilities are mature, they are regularly evaluated for improvement and upgrades of processes, equipment and material handling.
