A Absolutely! For safety and certification, we maintain close relationships with test labs in China. This allows us to supplement our internal test data with outside professional testing resources as well.

Q How does Smart Frog do final QC?
A Again, Smart Frog uses industry-standard QC protocols for QC. 1st finished products coming off the line are inspected based on product specification and functional ability. Any corrective action that needs to take place is performed. As 30% of the production is completed, they are checked for quality and production status along with the monitoring of any corrective action. Packing does not begin until there is a check of all labeling and packing methods prior to beginning the final process. These elements are the basics for a final QC, however, Smartfrog customers can work with our QC team to develop customized quality processes based on their requirements.

Q How does the factory do the in-process QC?
A Smartfrog uses industry-standard IPQC (in-process quality control) processes. These are checks that are carried out before the manufacturing process is completed. The function of in-process controls is monitoring and if necessary adaption of the manufacturing process in order to comply with the specifications.

A Smartfrog factory use standard Incoming Quality Control (IQC) as the process of controlling the quality of materials and parts for manufacturing a product before production begins.
